Located in the strategic oil center of Houston, Texas, TES has offshore capabilities acting as a supply center for the petroleum industry. TES is dedicated to serving the energy market and to providing solutions to the logistical requirements of the industry.

TES has an excellent reputation in the Oil & Gas market and conducted many complex freight operations worldwide. TES also has a great international network for regular freight and fully understands the Oil & Gas culture and requirements.  We offer the following services:

Customs clearance
Customs clearance is essential to the rapid delivery of materials to their destination, making seamless delivery of cargo easy and sure.

Inventory Management
TES manages client inventories at warehouses with nearby access to the Port of Houston. TES issues Receiving Reports & Delivery Notes that interface with the client’s systems. Every entry in the system is logged with date/time and username for auditing purpose. At the end of each project, the material supervisor extracts all in/out transactions and compiles a reconciliation report for the client.

Mobile equipment provision and management
TES manages mobile equipment with the highest of industry procedures. TES managers and supervisors comply with exacting HSE&Q standards and codes. TES offers mobile cranes up to 400T, heavy haul trucks, helicopters, among others.

Stevedoring services
TES can fulfill stevedoring needs and continually enforces and reinforces its high standards.

Offshore Containers
GPS can offer offshore container fleets, rated to DNV 2.7-1 which is the highest standard in the industry. These containers are visually inspected after each rotation by TES personnel to make sure all DNV requirements are met.

Supply vessels provision and management
TES have also close contacts with the most important vessel companies worldwide and can subcontract vessels as per client specifications or act as a maritime advisor when required.

Processing and offshore emergency response
Passengers handling and movements is a painful and labor consuming task in a big project.  Proper management requires a lot of attention and coordination.

Helicopters Flights Management and Coordination
TES coordinates with offshore facilities and the client to manage the helicopter flights effectively and provide customer with a weekly planning schedule.

Ad hoc Procurement on behalf of client, local or international
TES has extensive experience in supporting international upstream operations. The range of goods sourced includes oilfield materials such as OCTG, pipeline, marine hoses and valves, maritime equipment, platform necessities and stocks, etc.
